Women in Leadership: IMPACT

The leadership development programme designed specifically for women in Pharma and Biotech by leaders in Pharma and Biotech.

We are excited to announce the launch of our newest leadership development programme: IMPACT. Our programme is designed specifically to meet your development needs, helping women to break through their career and life barriers, optimize their potential, excel in leadership and maximize their impact in their organisations and beyond. 

Our aspiration is to increase the representation of women in senior roles across our industry and to improve organisational performance, ultimately for the benefit of patients.

The program is delivered virtually, enabling more efficient use of time and greater work life balance.

Tailored to the progression needs of women leaders in Pharma and Biotech the programme attends to the unspoken yet real requirements relating to confidence, powerful communication, risk taking, conflict management, negotiation and influence. The program integrates mental fitness training to combat limiting beliefs, stress and anxiety, leading to more happiness, better wellbeing and ultimately greater success.

Carefully designed for Pharma and Biotech, this programmes brings together professionals through our expanding alumni group and shares the experiences, vocabulary and challenges of working in a fast paced, regulated, dynamic and matrixed environment.

Our guest speakers share their stories which resonate, provide examples of challenges and how they’ve overcome them, give real life examples of things that have worked and when they have not, through their honest and raw accounts our learners have tangible takeaways.

IMPACT is a comprehensive 8 month programme that delivers lasting behavioural change for women to excel at higher levels.

Designed using diversity, L&D, HR and coaching expertise, the programmes are structured in eight key modules, exploring in depth the behaviours, skills and beliefs that underpin successful personal and organisational leadership.

The modules comprise a number of interventions including prework, group training workshops, peer learning and informal connection and networking events. Participants are also supported throughout the program with 1:1 coaching.

Our programmes are designed to evolve and grow the leadership capability and confidence of women who are already in, or are aspiring to, significant leadership roles in the pharma and biotech sector.

Women leaders will join a supportive cohort from a diverse range of organisations to authentically expand their networks through stimulating shared learning experiences.
